When your on foot in downtown Tokyo, you are completely fascinated with everything that is going on around you. The lights, the signs, the people, the food… everything catches your attention. Including Eight Coffee.

Eight Coffee is what intrigued me about cafes. The outside is aesthetically pleasing and when you walk in there is only a bench that runs the length of the wall, a small counter for the barista to produce and a skinny bar style ledge on the other wall. No tables, no chairs, no pictures, no colours, no wow….just great cappuccinos. So Simple.
